Just an anecdotal experience. I was diagnosed with rosacea. I find some products just sting for some reason. I tried this product as per recommendation by Dr. Dray. Unfortunately it did not work for me at all. It really left my skin “dehydrated” for lack of a better word. The ingredients sounded great but it stung my skin and left it inflamed. I’ve since moved on to other products but just for people with rosacea this may not work like in my case :)

I just noticed that every cream with Niacinamide cause me irritation, and I tried several.

I have rosacea and can not tolerate any niacinamide at all, it burns like the devil, maybe its tolerated ok for mild acne or very mild rosacea but I have yet to know anyone with active or chronic rosacea that can tolerate or use it.

Does anyone know the percentage of niacinamide in this product? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
