Do Kanan And Ezra NEED To Die Before The Original Trilogy?

Well they actually don't need to die. Because being a Jedi is actually a title. They could be like Chirrit Imwe and not be a jedi or a grey Force users like Ashoka. But the Ghost crew have been exceptionally instrumental in forming the rebel alliance. I can't imagine them just dropping out of this fight. I can imagine Kanan dying and Ezra and Sabine leaving together and raising a family away from this huge fight and not wanting their family to be corrupted by the war. Like Padme wanted for Anakin.

maybe Yoda tells Ezra who Luke is and that Vader is his father so Ezra and Kanan dont want to see Luke

You know, what I'd like to see is a short story arc with most of the other inquisitors who then get killed by Vader and there's one survivor who joins kanan and ezra in the final fight with Vader

yeah they'll die likely, kind of odd though especially building up ezra the way they have, giving him the sith holocron etc etc. but oh well.

I believe Kanan by the hand of Ezra mid-season 4 as Ezra is persuaded to become a sith and at the end of season 4 he will kill Thrawn and become a Mercanary or Bounty Hunter with Sabine and possibly Zeb

Don't give less importance to comics and books, especially books. The Aftermath Trilogy and Bloodline fill in important parts of current Star Wars canon.
