I was a fan until I saw it in person.. it makes the screen look cheap and washes out colours .. plus we don’t know how it will hold up over the years. It’s a safer bet to just buy glossy, and if reflection is that much of an issue iam sure there will be matte screen protectors to reduce glare

I really wish you did a pan of your space before showing the screens. Is it studio w/ a light shining there? Normal room? What's the lighting situation?

Glossy… I barely ever use my laptop outside and even though indoors I have a good control of lighting in my room. Besides I’m particular with the display pixel quality as well.

Glossy because in reality and inside the house you have a reduction in Colours and clarity … bought one returned and saved 150$ with the standard m4 pro

Non nano definitely. If i'm paying 1.6k$+ for a laptop i'd want the best possible screen. I mean we've had laptops for 2 decades and you've always seen people using their device outdoor and in cofee shops. Is it a nice feature? Sure. Is it essential and a must have, i personally don't think so

Definitely nano-texture for me. I compared it with a matte screen protector on a glossy display - the difference is night and day.

Considering you can buy a nanotexture film yourself for much MUCH less than apple charges, it's an easy pass.
