Russian forces advancing on Ukraine's Pokrovsk | DW News

Russia has long been fighting to take the eastern city of Pokrovsk, a Ukrainian military hub close to Russian-held Donetsk. In recent weeks they have come within 10 kilometers of the city. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has described the situation there as "extremely difficult".
