A LOT of people brought up bias. I heard a lot about James Cameron’s pea protein business…

Like I said, I think game changers makes some important points but I also disagree with several things in there

We gotta keep in mind, it’s a movie. Its fine to watch it, but our main source of life and death info, like nutrition, shouldn’t be movies, documentary or not, with industry ties or not.

I guess that's why James Cameron is a movie maker and im not. My movies would be really boring

I am a long time vegan and everytime I tell someone to see the game changers I also recommend watching your video about it after it. We are all biased but it looks like you are doing a really good job on trying to present only the not-biased facts. That is why I think your videos are so great for meat-eaters.
Also, you are VERY likable. I don't understand how someone would be angry with you because of your views. hahaha

I subscribed after watching your first video. This is the second one I watched. The information is on point, no extremism or favoritism. Plus, I love the jokes! I've been vegan for 4 months. I've wanted to become a vegan for years, and with lockdown and staying and cooking at home and being in control of my food, I finally did it. Love the channel! Very informative!

The pushback from this film has been swift with an initial amateur wave, and now we are seeing a second wave of more coherent and focused criticism. Biolayne had some good points and some notable misfires.

The majority of efforts are aimed at advancing a narrative that “vegans lie” - which is part of a broader narrative that is aimed at discrediting the people who step out front to lead... (Think the MSM portrayal of Joey Carbstrong) ... and overall just “cancel” veganism in the mainstream so that no matter what, people do NOT stop eating meat, dairy and eggs frequently.

I appreciate the balance and the focus on science on your channel. Switching my family gradually to a more plant heavy diet and eventually Mediterranean or WFPB Vegan, we'll see how we go! But the more plants, the better, especially for my kids ❤

I had high cholesterol with 18 and with 20 still. Values from ~110 mg/dl up to 137 mg/dl (test results). After 1 year of veganism my cholesterol got down to 78 mg/dl (test result).

I think the one major thing I got from The Game Changers, is just to skip the middle man. Most of what you're getting from the animals they got from the plants they're eating. So, why not just skip the middle man and go straight to the source. I don't care what people eat. I just want what's healthiest for me and my family. If there's even a small chance of any animal product causing any kind of issues with my health, then I don't want it.

Nice vids man, helping me modify my diet. I was eating waaay too much fast food and processed foods. I'm now 95% plant based, helped my running, lowered my Blood Pressure (Which I thought was wierd) and my resting pulse rate also improved, no idea why. Overall, its a "lighter" diet but Ialso get to eat more lol, I do still eat meat, but more like once a month or so. Labels suck, I like the idea of just eating healthier and living better.

I loved what you said in the last video about not liking that they really highlighted vegan junk food rather than whole plants. It felt like the video really prioritized highlighting the low barrier of entry to veganism rather than highlighting truly healthy veganism.

I'm vegan, and I just have to say I think you do a great job just laying things out. For me, I know that folks are not going plant-based over night (or by large numbers any time soon!). I appreciate your comment that if everybody switch to a 90-10 split with plants being the 90% part of their diet, I think that would be a stupendous step in the right direction for the animals, the environment, and people's health. So, thanks for your energetic approach!

As an athlete who tried it myself already 2 years ago, I just laugh at all those debunking morons. I thought I life healthy and perform at max level with my mediterranean diet until I tried a 100% plant based diet: after 3 weeks I pulverized my personal bests in every category due to better recovery, better sleep, better digestion and and and. Felt 10 years younger... it´s not magic, it real !

I'm from india, and wanted to say in my country 10% people is lecto-vegiterian and 30% people is vegetarian, in my State Gujarat 70% people is non meat eaters, so in my family all generation is newer eat meat or egg anything so my gut microbiome is very efficient to digest beans like black beans, mung etc... Where my other friends who converted to vegan have some digesten issue with very high fiber foods
