The latest updates for Windows 11 version 23H2 and 22H2 (KB5034765, KB5034848 - the latter being Moment 5) move the Copilot taskbar button to the system tray - the Show desktop button has been turned off as a result of the change. This quick video shows how to re-enable the show desktop button in the system tray.

thanks so much. I regularly use this function when I have a lot of screens open, it's very handy. I was getting frustrated without it.
I hate how Microsoft just sneakily disables functions in updates without giving you the option.
As that co-pilot thing seemed to sit in the same sort of location, I though Microsoft may have incorporated the function into it, but I couldn't find it.

Thanks to your video, I have the button back. Such a small feature, but a very important feature!

Quick question. Sorry, how do you turn on the peek system? It doesn't work anymore. I'm trying to hover over the show desktop button and it doesn't preview my desktop.

When I was Updated my Laptop into this Update in Windows 11, I'm so Frustration because I think on this Update was a Bug. But, apparently there's no Show/Peek Desktop and it's a bit Complicated and then, I go to a Settings and the Show Desktop Taskbar Button was Disabled, and I'm Unable it and it's turn Back again.
