How To Make Mint Extract (NO ALCOHOL)

Have you ever wondered how to make your own mint extract for cooking or any kind of extract? Many extracts are alcohol based but not this one. In fact this one is made with only 4 ingredients.
Mint 1/4c.
apple cider vinegar 1/4c.
water 1/4 c.
honey 1 tsp.

What about washing?
Can you wash your clothes with this? I know you can use apple cider vinegar plus, baking soda to wash your clother. Would this give it a nice minty smell or does the apple cider prevent the mint smell from coming through?

p.s. Did you mention how you use this extract? I'm amazed this little jar lasts 4 years though I've a feelin' this is used mostly in cooking? I go through the little oz bottles of mint oil regularly, using it for bug spray and to deter rodents around my car engine.
