Unfortunately this is not a true story, Warren Buffet questioned where it came from at the 2013 shareholders meeting. He said he isn't disciplined enough to do this and never said this idea to anyone. It's a great idea but to use Buffets name for credibility is a sham.

This is like using "The One Thing" method where your focus is " out of all possible options " The One Thing that will move you forward one step closer to your ultimate goal. Your focus on this one step is all you focus on, setting aside all other distractions. It is ruthless, but it works :)
