INGREDIENTS
For Semi Dark Choco Chips
Powder sugar - 4 tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
salt - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Instant coffee powder - 1/2 tp
vanilla essance - 1/4 tsp
water - 2 tsp
For Dark Chocolate
Powder Sugar- 1/4 Cup
Cocoa powder - 1/4 Cup
Coffee Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
water - 4 tsp (or add to make required consistency as shown in the video)
For White Chocolate Chips
Milk Powder - 4 tbsp
powder Sugar - 2 tbsp
salt - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Vanilla essance - 1/4 tsp
Water - 5 & 1/2 tsp
Yellow & Pink Food Color
***Note :- Please read Water Quantity in tsp in place of tbsp in the video(typing mistake)

Q-1 How to Dry These Choco Chips A- Dry it under a fan for faster drying or in room temperature only.
Do not refrigerate..

This may take time upto 24 hrs as it totally depends on the climate.

Q-2 Can we skip coffee powder, vanilla essence, and salt.
A - yes you can skip, these are optional.

Q-3 Does it melt while baking.
A- Yes, dark and semi dark choco chips will melt but white choco chips will not melt while baking.

Q 4 -What can we use instead of butter paper.
A - you can use any plastic sheet.

Q. 5- Can i use milk instead of water. A- Yes you can, but for longer self-life of choco chips its good to use water instead of milk.

Q 6-Milk powder replacement.
A- Use of Milk Powder is mandatory for this recipe to work, there is no alternate replacement, dont use Custard powder in place of milk powder.

Q 7- If batter become so loose
A- batter consistency can be managed by adding some cocoa powder or milk powder.
