Man, that was just satisfying from beginning with the black head to the end with getting that whole big thing out in one piece that fast. That blackhead looked so friggin satisfying after it was completely emptied. What sucks for the patient though is that the blackhead will eventually need to be cleaned again and won't ever just heal up and go away. Once a pore becames *that* dilated, it will never be able to shrink back to it's normal size and will continue to fill back up.
