For sure someone know something, workers, master and operator. I've heard some lazi workers let hard to reach wire during demolition to the crane to snap it. They might have something else but they know if the fault it's their's or they were forced by the management to work fast, long hours or something else which led to the tragedy. Sadly nobody wouldn't talk on his superior.
