I am across The Pond and have no access to your wonderful workshops 😢, but very thankful that I have access to your channel here on YouTube, and of course your books too ❤. I just need to find my inner child and learn to pay again 😂 x

Thanks so much for this video! I've been wanting to try this for some time, now, but the fear factor kept hitting me. In school, the teachers weren't encouraging. You have just made this look easy and a whole lot of fun! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This is wonderful and I loved it so much I purchased your books. I did find that when I did a sketchbook trial of the shapes method, I got a bit of a headache =) so...I decided to do my squares 9". I'll bet that will help me by cutting down on the patterns and give me more room to explore. Being a detail oriented person was a great skill in my career, but not so much for this technique because no matter how hard I tried, I had a hard time not trying to identify each and every shape, which made me a bit nuts, LOL. Really enjoyed this video and I am truly enjoying your books.

Just love your work, saw the video, bought your book so decided to give it a go. I was elated with my result. Took it with me to a farmers market and could have sold it half a dozen times but didn't. I couldn't decide on a price and anyway I couldn't sell my baby. I'm off to start another today and back to the fabric shop tomorrow. Have you tried covering the picture with voile, thought I'd give it a go. Thank you for your inspirations I think I need a waistcoat, too. Regards Judith Evans. South Wales. UK.
