Scrolling 16,000 spreadsheet rows in one flick - Logitech Hyper-Fast Scrolling feat. MX Master 2S

For clarity, my system is set up to scroll 5 lines at a time, rather than the default 3 lines, but even that would mean scrolling upwards of 10,000 rows.

A number of Logitech mice have a weighted scroll wheel with a ratchet that can be disengaged so that it can spin freely for several seconds. This is known as the MicroGear Precision Scroll Wheel. While most models with the MicroGear wheel have a ratchet that is manually engaged and disengaged, the MX Master 2S can automatically disengage the ratchet if you flick it hard enough. This feature, called SmartShift, was originally introduced with the MX Revolution in 2006. Its most direct successor, the Performance Mouse MX, kept the free-spinning wheel but lost the SmartShift feature, disappointing many enthusiasts. It would later make a comeback in the MX Master released in 2015.
