Tentacle monster with AI coded in vanilla JavaScript and HTML Canvas: Magic of Code

Last time at the Magic of Code we created a tentacle monster using vanilla JavaScript and HTML canvas:
Today at the Magic of Code we will implement some actions for this monster, like have it attacking a penguin! This tentacle monster is coded entirely using vanilla JavaScript and HTML Canvas.
