As a Bandicam user I totally do NOT agree with selecting the H264 as the main encoder. The presence of the HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coder) is there for a reason. If you have an Nvidia card it will also be listed as HEVC (NVENC). The reason behind this, is not to use too much of your cpu power for encoding while recording a game that might have to use a lot of CPU power. If you do, then your game might stotter, the fps might drop, you might even loose frames. So, select the HEVC codec whenever possible and keep your graphics cards drivers up to date. (NVENC will be shown if you use a Nvidia card).

Hey thanks for this ! since netflix has stopped shadow play from working every time it's up. i redownloaded Bandicam again, this is a nice alternative now. Thanks for sticking around. you guys have improved a lot since i last used it in 2018 and 2016.

I want to ask, do you know a way to make our separate webcam video files smaller? I have tried but can't. When I record video and webcam separately, there is a very significant difference, the screen recording file is only 300mb while the webcam video is 4gb. Please help, thank you

I imagine to capture video of an internet video playing on screen, the optimal framerate used by Bandicam should match the framerate of the source, but how can that be determined?

I tried recording at 1080x1920 but it records at 1080x1080 everytime, any solution?
