'Spirit of The Shinigami'

This will be the last in my mode series. This one again uses the Metallica Scale, which is an Aeolian Minor Scale with a b2 and b5 added to it. In this case, I'm using a C# Aeolian, which is the sixth mode of the E Major Scale, and adding the b2 and b5 which gives us the notes C# D D# E F# G G# A B. The song title gets it's name from a show I'm watching with my daugther called Death Note. It features creatures called Shinigamis. Shinigami are kami that invite humans toward death in certain aspects of Japanese religion and culture. Shinigami have been described as monsters, helpers, and creatures of darkness. Shinigami are used for tales and religions in Japanese culture. I got the idea for the song title from the show. Thanks to all who listen and comment and for your continued support.
