Kenpachi is one of the special war potentials though not to be overlooked is the massive power boost he gains from employing Kendo. TYBW Kenpachi using Kendo basically one shots almost every character in the setting.

Never forget that when Yamamoto actually took the time to train the guy, simply teaching him to use both hands behind a simple cutting strike would amplify his power and that he still opted to fight with not one but two handicaps: his eye patch and using only one hand simply because otherwise it would be no fight at all but a straight up massacre. If he actually put his weight behind training from what we have seen during the Blood War, say, instead of what amounts to weeks thereabouts, he spent a century learning to not only control his reiatsu but also the ins and outs d outs of his zanpakuto, he’d probably be transcendent and likely be able to kill Aizen and the likes. The dude is BLEACH’s Gohan, he has on demand amps that can simply make him leap from barely factoring to outright the deciding factor.

I think Kenpachi zaraki is actually a demon, from hell that accidentally gotten into the seretie (idk if I spelled that right) during the Quincy war when he was young and developed as he went on living there

The fact dude was literally banned from training bc Central 46 was afraid of him being overpowered. Dude has to wear an eyepatch bc his reishi was too powerful. Dude as a child scarred the 1st Kenpachi she knew how strong he'd be. Dude so strong his lieutenant is a part of his zanpaukto and we all know what happens later on in the series!

Zaraki is on the same tier of power as Aizen and Ichigo because they are the only 3 characters whose reiatsus are so powerful that they couldn't be felt by others unless lowered. Also they are the only 3 characters able to beat Hikone from the light novel"Can't Fear Your Own World". Additionally, all 3 characters trump Ichibei in power.
