This is so sad that owner's don't maintain their units because this apartment if repaired would have be a cute place. Sad very sad. Maui and Hawaii in general had a housing shortage before this fire happened and it just exacerbated the problem. Also progress is slow to rebuild housing within Lahaina and it's very heartbreaking to leave a place you love so much

How long does it take to fix the lift station? Why haven't you let us go home for 11 months while we pay for the condominium, mortgage, taxes, repair work?

Hopefully this 👌 until they start building housing for the next 2 years and have these issues settled for displaced victims be in place til then and have FEMA over see that issues to make sure the displaced are being care for until then, we all would like to know what the plans for affordable housing and where and what and when is excepted going forward for Maui housing and building of Lahaina Townhouses for community-based. I pray for everyone to have faith, hope and we ❤ you all in Maui.Stay stronge and stay 🤲
