432 and solfeggio frequencies as well are all beneficial. Some calm you, activate pineal gland, heal cancer, diseases etc.. Shame this knowledge is kept this from us. Most of the beautiful geometric cymatic patterns are good for us in specific ways. The chaotic looking ones do the opposite. Stress, anxiety, depression etc. Look into it and enjoy the rabbit hole. 👍

Ma brothah 440 and 432 are the same to our ear if you are using 12TET, yeah you can tell them apart if a guitar is tuned to 440 and a bass to 432, but if everything is tuned the same, it dont matter
