~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Of the many ingredients found in toothpaste , fluoride is one of the most important.
Fluoride in toothpaste is often known as - sodium fluoride, stannous fluoride or sodium monofluorophosphate.
Adults should use a toothpaste with at least 1350 parts per million (ppm) of fluoride and apply a pea sized amount of paste, while children of all ages should have a toothpaste with 1350-1500ppm fluoride.
Fluoride is dangerous, ever since i stopped using those mainstream toothpastes i've never looked back. Why don't you make a video on the effects that fluoride has on the brain due to long term consumption?
Since it's currently Summer I have to ask if it's safe to store toothpaste in the fridge? Because most toothpastes state on their packaging that they shouldn't be stored in temperatures exceeding 25 degrees Celsius but currently the temperature in my house ranges from 28 to 30 degrees Celsius.
I'm concerned because I don't know if fluoride is affected by these hot summer temperatures.
That's interesting. I stopped using fluoride, and my teeth are SO much better. Plus, I stopped having dreams off my teeth fall out. Fluoride is bad for you and there is no health benefit to adding it to other components.
People idiots saying it is toxic. We can all agree eating copious amounts of copper dust is “toxic” or eating copious amounts of iron dust is “toxic” yet copper and iron are both important to the body's functions in low amounts and are generally part of your diet in foods you eat. Stop being stupid.
Unfortunately, those tablets made by Bite that you held up do not contain fluoride. I really want a tablet toothpaste with fluoride in it!
Let me tell all of u my experience when i stopped using floride toothpaste my enamel starting to erode...then again after a month i started using floride again two three days later my enamel started getting better... so floride is actually helpful for teeth but it should be in little quantity I guess.
Could you please comment on how some toothpastes do NOT read in ppm, but instead say, for example, .454% stannous fluoride (.14% fluoride ion)? How can we determine if this is enough fluoride?
