I can confirm. After I got my braces, I was “prescribed” some toothpaste that has extra fluoride. I use it daily, and my teeth feel much stronger than they used to.

Fun fact fluoride was actually discovered by luck. It was discovered by a dentist trying to figure out how to prevent teeth from falling out and noticed people in a region actually had really good teeth up to old age and so the guy found fluoride in the water and that's it's in tooth paste
