Ants don't tame/use snails like that no, but they do throw salt on them so they can be attacked and eaten.

And honestly the best part is if ants figured out slime had a use like that (it doesn't) they would absolutely be keeping small groups if snails

I love the details, but doesnt seem clear if it is RPG style or what to me. I would love this game as a more ant simulator. Start new nests and watch grow.
