Yes to all, the sharp pain I get is one of the scariest especially in my chest, and under my left breast it happens a lot lately, my mom always says it's gas, and sometimes I think it is. I also get stabbing pains ice pick pains top of my head, and also sharp stabbing pains in usually my right leg. I went to the ER last month cause the shooting pain got so bad I was worried it was a blood clot, I could hardly walk, nothing showed up thank God, it's another wonderful symptom of menopause. It's one you can't afford like chest pain not getting checked out, and just thinking it's all peri menopause or menopause, better safe than sorry. When a weird symptom out of the blue hits me I come looking for your vids, and yep 10 out of 10 you mention it or someone has in the comments! Your youtube channel is a blessing, I know most people would just roll their eyes at me, or think I am crazy, but at least I know it's part of menopause. Forgot another one I also get stabbing pains in my back shoulder area, that has been a new one for me. From one day to the next I never know what will pop up, it's scary, but when you know other women are right there with you it does bring some peace of mind and comfort.

I’m in the peri menopause stage and I have gone through all of these. And the pain you were talking about under the breast has been happening a lot to me under both breasts and when I press in these spots it feels like both the muscles and bones are hurt. Every time I get any of these pains you mentioned I get anxiety and then have to calm myself down by telling myself this is your hormones being mean, lol

I’ve been watching your videos off and on for a few months and they have definitely been helpful, but Ohmigosh, when you said “pain under left breast, ” I almost started crying. I’ve been dealing with this for a long time. Usually the pain is concentrated right along the edges of my ribs where the cartilage is. It has always felt musculoskeletal to me. Some days are better and some, like today, are worse. I was actually thinking about making a doctor’s appt to make sure that this is indeed what is going on or if it’s something else. I’m still going to chat with the doctor, but seeing this video put me at much greater ease that this too can be a normal symptom. Thank you so much!

You are an angel sent from God for women… we all think we are dying or have a chronic disease when all we have is a bunch of messed up bodies from the change of life. I life when you imitate these things cause it looks like me at home. I have 6 of these 7 symptoms. 53 and still having my period but….. all of the horrible symptoms besides that I have. Waiting on my period which is now late. Praying it doesn’t come.

I’m sooo glad I’m not the only one experiencing these weird pains!! I’m seriously starting to think I’m a hypochondriac!! I’ve always been very healthy until now! Pain in my chest, jaw and fantom period pains for sure along with a bunch of others!! My shoulder has been killing me of course off to the doc to see if it’s my gallbladder! 🙄 He doesn’t think so! It’s a pain in the ass having these ‘fun’ things happen to us at this age! Thanks for the video, I feel better already!!

Whenever I'm having weird menopause symptoms I come straight to your videos and they calm my nerves. I am having that ache right under the breast by the rib cage area on both sides. It's an intermittent aching. It's very unnerving. I've also been getting the ovary stitches lately too. I look at every symptom as some kind of weird hormonal reaction because if I went to the doctor every time, I'd be at the doctors office most weeks for the past few years.

I get dull pain in left upper chest and in my left shoulder armpit, sometimes down my arm. It does feel muscular. I actually had costochondritis too, but that has cleared up. This muscle painremains. I’m 46. Thought i was dying too because of adrenaline surges and had panic attacks.
Worst time ever. Doing better lately but still get the chest pain and palpitations.
