I knew my symptoms were because of the mould!
Do I need any medication or will my symptoms go on their own once the mould has been treated/gone? Now all I have to do is get my local council to fix the problem, which is going to be like trying to get blood out of a stone! I just know I’m going to get the same answer from them, “we don’t have the funds to fix the problem at the moment” like they say whenever you report any maintenance problems to them! Honestly, what do I pay a service charge for? 🤬🤬🤬

Mold can be in your HVAC system. Have a service tech cut a hole in the plenum and check.

Steam room saunas helped me. Traditional sauna made me feel worse, I think I need the steam to open my pores and help me sweat to carry the toxins out.
