Her stance to do the back blows puts a lot of weight on the forward arm and front leg.
Sliding your hand and arm up under the arms over the chest could get you a lot of undesired attention as a perceived sexual touching in today's society, especially male helping female. It's funny that red cross is the only group that demonstrates it this way.
The lady lowering the adult male in the video was about to be squished, and with the lean to the right that was happening she's going to get injured.
Possible bruising to fractured arm and or shoulder.
1st step in all first aid is rescue safety...in this situation she should have let him fall. The chances of serious head injury are minimal at best.

Is there a test one has to pass in order to get certified in the class or do you take the class and are certified in the end?

Interesting I wouldnt recomend doing that right now since you should be self isolating
