I love breakfast bowls! I fry hashbrowns, peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms and brocoli (sometimes carrots too) then add salsa on top. Then if I’m feeling fancy, egg.

Truth! I eat feta cheese with grapes, apples, or dates. Amazing contrast with the sweet/salty mix. 👌

I’m so happy I found this! I just found what looked like worms in my eggs and it’s turned me off from them sooo bad after being an egg girly my whole life I’m gonna have to pass. Have been looking for breakfast ideas without eggs. 😊❤
