باید گفت که شکمبه را مه هم خیلی زیاد دوست دارم که پخته کنند بخورم ولی مادر مه خدا ببخشد شکمبه را در آب جوش می انداخت باز پاک می‌کرد خوب سفید میشد خیلی مزه دار اول با آب کم گرم آب کش،می‌کرد که پاک شده بود باز در آب چوش دو دقه می ماند خوب پاک میشد که خدایت میداند نوش جانتان موفق باشید
