Seiko managed to simplify this concept from 5 parts (when including rollers) + 2 springs ...
... to just one : the magic finger system is amazing, but should definitely deserves credit to this Pellaton Winding system 🤔

Great demonstration!
Suggestion: for viewers to better grasp the bi-directional winding, the camera perspective should make the arrow on the cog/gear more prominently visible.

Ahhh, so this is how the unidrectional system works with the heartshaped disk and ratchet pawl system...I just cannot find the double ratchet method anywhere
