For me, I’m not fat... my mother says I am but I’m not compared to her as she remained the same all my life that I’ve known her compared to her so called best friend who lost a ton of weight but has loose skin hanging on off her bones, I’ve pretty much have had enough of my own mothers gaslighting tactics & feel nothing as she continues to try to disengage me into anger which I’m too good for that and she can’t help her own self but be angry all the time. I’m not that bad off as I was at one point and lost all that weight and I’m happy the way I am regardless of what anyone tries to tell me.
