first they want fair investigation and justice for Abhaya then they have other demands which include
1. security at workplace (police posting who are actually trained and accountable )
2. Doctor rest room, on call room and washroom
3. CCTV Cameras and panic button to be installed.
4. To create an online portal showing available beds across govt hospitals. As People get agitated and patient die trying to find beds at govt hospital.
5. Create central patient referral system to maintain transparency and tracking
6. Filling of vacant posts for Doctors and nurses
7. Investigations of those accused in corruption cases in the health care system and removal of the guilty parties.
8. Removal of threat culture


They are not really fighting for themselves they are trying to improve the Healthcare system of the state make it better for everyone

The Govt should not have any issue taking these points and working on them as none of them are unjust demands
