I've just resently started rebounding about a month ago. I'm 58 and I started noticing that the top of my legs and hips would get super tired after walking only short distances. This was really inconvenient since I work in a grocery store and I'm walking and standing all evening. So I got a rebounder and found your video and I've done it almost daily since. I think I'm starting to notice a difference and where i lost some weight a while back and my legs had gotten flabby, it looks like there starting to tighten up!! 🎉 Thanks for the motivation and inspiration!

I'd appreciate an explanation of the differences of a "health bounce" vs what we usually do (obvious, no leaving the surface) - what's the difference for our system? Maybe you could include this in a future video?
