I’m so sorry about the loss of Bonus. ❤ It’s hard losing a pet whenever and however it happens, but thankfully Bonus lived a long life and died next to his favorite human. Lighting candles and making it cozy helps with both grief and autumn darkness, I have found. Thanks for sharing your tips!

Dear Benita! Just came in from garden work and saw your video is on and was keen to watch it….. then the sad news about Bonus 😿I feel so sorry for you! When you lose a pet it’s like losing a family member! I really liked him! Benita, when you started to sand and oil your terrace furniture (even with a nice white protective tarp under them😄), I said to my husband that you are the type of person I long to adopt more of these practical qualities from but give up on after dusting the windowsills‼️ My heart goes out to you after the loss of your sweet little bff Bonus. He sure did have the answer to the dream-cat life with you as his buddy.💝

Very sorry to hear about Bonus, he was a lovely cat and I shall miss him too. My Mum had a cat when she was growing up who lived to a grand old age of 24, he even survived during World War 2!!!

I’m happy to hear Bonus left peacefully and you were there for his final breath. I love seeing how you make your space cozy. It's wonderful how you have surrounded yourself with quality of life and how you adapt that quality equally to both your summer and winter homes. I regret Bonus' departure, but at the same time you can see new hopes such as traveling, preparing your surroundings for winter. Always be extremely happy with all your hopes.
