How is discrete data different than continuous data?
In simple terms, discrete data is counted and continuous data is measured.
Examples of discrete data would be the number of dogs the number of students, or the amount of money.
Continuous data could be the height or weight of dogs, or the time it takes to run a mile.

there is a mistake in your animation at 0:55 , you forgot to change the title to "Continuous Data" instead of "Discrete Data". :)

For Continuous Data, the title states, "Discrete Data". Please fix, I really don't want this to confuse any more people.

This is done in very simple language for students new to the concept. I would love to use it with students, but you need to fix your title from "Discrete Data" to "Continuous Data" when speaking of weights and measures.
