Site to site VPN with UniFi. In this video we cover how to configure a site to site VPN on both version 5 and version 6 UniIi network controller. I used the UniFi Dream Machine Pro (UDM-PRO) on both sites.

Hi, if I will connect these two sites over LAN (fiber port) and don't by internet, should I use this same configuration Site to Site VPN, or another one setup?

How do you know if the tunnel is up or down without pinging? Is there a widget that'll let you know that the tunnel is alive?

good video, but in my case I can't ping the other side, even having the public ip on each UDM-Pro and the different subnets configured on each UDM-Pro, although I already have vpn client by udm-pro and I can get to each udm pro. but not by site to site

WAN IP mean static IP from service provider right ? and the peer IP too ?
