russia gas and energy was also comparatively cheaper, thats what helped EU companies in the first place with their all that gas and oil from alternative sources is not going to bring inflation down in EU. Also UAE imported nearly 25 milion barrels of oil from russia in may-june at cheap, i guess france will be buying russian oil after all at inflated price ofcourse.
