Such Bull. This is his private property, and the gov isn't evicting squatters for trespassing.
This isn't a housing or addiction problem, it's a government problem.

He shouldn't have to pay property taxes UNTIL the city addresses this.

So the police won't do it? Crazy. We pay taxes and the city does nothing.

They have the right to boot them from owned land. Start picking up their shit and throwing it out.

This would be an entirely different story (that would not have lasted 3 years) if they were at the governers home, Mayor Frey's home or on the state capitol lawn.

This is bs....you can't just break the law in the name of homelessness ‼️

If anybody tried to move in to my yard, they would face constant harassment from watering, diesel exhaust, application of yard chemicals, insecticides. I wouldn't have any concern for their well-being as this overly generous homeowner seems to be.

Love hearing the "defund the police" Democrats asking for police help 🤣🤣🤣

The city is waiting for winter to force them to move away themselves. But more will be back next year and years after that... to a house near you. I live in St Paul. There's a bridge near where I live where homeless people would hang out (one even made a tent in the woods behind my next door neighbor's house and lived there for 3 years). They spread painted the bridge and at first, the city did remove the paint but in the last 3-4 years, the city just gave up and left it.

If they don’t want help for their addiction, you can’t force them to buy into getting sober. This, coming from a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor in Minnesota.

Hire a couple of construction workers to make some chainsaw art in your backyard for a few days. Have them start as early as noise ordinances allow.

The crazy part about tents is that you can't see when a person is in trouble or even dead

We have a growing tent drug market growing on our block also. The city does nothing after repeated calls. What is it going to take to enforce laws. Minneapolis is headed down a nasty path if they just continue to ignore this. See Seattle or Baltimore. It's horrific and I'm very nervous.

Drug treatment needs to be funded by those who actually know how to do their jobs!

He is also liable for any "accidents" that happen there. According to the law, he can also forfeit his property to the govt for drug use/sales on the premises. Its not a housing or addiction issue...its the democrats not wanting to harm their criminal base issue. If you vote democrat, this is what you voted for. This is what you wanted. Elections have consequences.

Love the protagonist plant glorifying the same company (news) that caused these type of problems to be possible
