This Weapon Was WORSE Than You Remember. #fireemblem

A Short about the Sol Katti, Lyn's PRF weapon in Fire Emblem Blazing Sword that is contextually actually incredibly bad.

Huh. I just noticed that Lyn’s sprite has jiggle physics in her attack animation on the dragon

Hector and Eliwood got a legendary weapon belonging to one of the 8 heroes, while Lyn only got a sword that Athos got from who knows where 😅

Shoulda had high crit and a brave effect to make up for her stats

But the Sol Katti has another feature not found in any other weapon: it gives Lyn jiggle physics.

I think what makes it so bad is that she kicks ass with the Mani for the whole game then gets that goofy thing.

Mani Katti is an amazing weapon but Sol Katti isn't even good.

Fun fact about the Sol Katti's attack animation! In the JP version IS messed up its implementation so bad players will never be able to see it due to being locked behind Lyn wielding the Durandal (which she's unable to use).

Sol Katti should've given +5 to Spd instead. Also, give it an extra two might and two less weight.

I remember noticing this even as a kid. The Manni Katti that she's had for nearly the ENTIRE game is better than the Sol Katti.

Sol Katti should be buffed.
First and foremost, it should weigh less. Or have higher might. Or both.

Now, becuase Lyn is associated with speed, it could have a Brave effect for quick combos, or a high crit rate like a Killing edge/wo dao for quick killing. Or both.

Finally, if we wanna be crazy and not be taken seriously, it should probably be a ranged weapon like a kodachi, Wind Sword, or Ragnell.

Somebody (please not me but maybe as a project if I'm bored) should make this work for an SMT game. With all the "negotiations" and map exploring it'd be really interesting to see what neuro would do.
