So this segment fails to mention that the farm bailout is taking place with mostly corporate farms. Not your average family farms! While still a boost for food banks and their patrons, it's once again hurting family farms.

All the state's that have legalized medicinal and recreational cannabis and Nevada is so far the only state that prohibits an employer from terminating employees that test positive for THC. Other states need to get on board with Nevada.

I usually do not agree with progressive ideas, but The Pay Chart is one thing I can get on board with. the US Military uses pay charts so that everyone knows what everyone else makes. This put the most confrontational issue at work out in the forefront for everyone to see and becomes a goal to shoot for always trying to achieve the next rank or job title so we could make more money. Great Idea!

Molly Moon did with it's pay structure basically the same thing the US military does with its own pay structure. In the Army, I knew the basic pay, allowances, and the approximate time-in-service of just about everybody in my unit by looking at their rank and specialty.

$18/hr in a city with median home price of $750, 000 and you're proud of that?!?

For all you non-math types, to be able to afford a 20% down payment on a median house, you would have to work full time for 4 years and never spend a penny or pay taxes ($18/hr x 40 hrs/wk x 52 wks/yr =$150, 000)
- and to pay it off, you just need to continue your life of no vacations, not spending money or paying any taxes for only 30 more years.

Or...

Move to Atlanta, GA get a job at Walmart ($11/hr starting pay) have your down payment for median home in 2 years, and only have to work about 15 years to pay it off.

I volunteer at a food pantry in Oregon and I have seen these same items come into our program.

The food backed up is true I go to food pantries and they are banging! I've got pounds of dried fruits, nuts, and beans. Gov. cheese, butter, and canned meats enough to survive an Apocalypse, and could get more. This seems to always happen when the GOP are running the show

The interviewer for the Molly Moon stores were incredibly rude. "put it on your instagram, lead by example!" she just told you and everyone who watches vice, should she tattoo it on her forehead too for it to count? He seems like someone who does better sitting by a desk rather than interviewing people.

I am glad to see that the President's policies are helping the poor even if it is not intentional. I hope the food bank can get the local support it needs to lease enough space to store all that food. Food is a horrible thing to waste and I am glad the administration is giving it to the poor instead of just dumping it in landfills. I think that if the government were to continue this program of buying food and distributing it to the food banks it could reduce the greed and inefficiencies of our current SNAP.
