Volvo 740 Estate Floor Pan Fabrication - Helping a Fellow Youtuber Out!

Our friend has a problem with the rot on his Volvo 740. He doesn't have access to power in his garage and he doesn't have the tools to make his own repair patches, so we thought we would do our best to help him out. We thought it would be great to use the old boot lid that we had for our own Volvo 240 project to make some floor pan patches. I mean....what's better than an old Volvo Panel to fix another old Volvo! We used the pictures that Involvo's sent us and the 740 we have here to knock up some panels and send them on over to him in Germany.

I just moved a southern 240 (all its life) up to the NE, and I'm looking for any advice on rust prevention!

Please make a bit bigger panel for the hole driver and passenger floor and start selling them, there is a lot of 740/760 with rotted out front floor pans. 0, 8-1mm thickness. Should sell like butter and i whould absolutely be interested cause there is no floor pans available for those cars 😏
