What does your comfort zone look like to you? If you had to draw a line at the edge of it - where would that go right now? In her TEDx talk, Jenny Tough tells us about her stories of extreme mountain challenges and how she overcame her limitations to discover that her limit was a fluid line. By challenging the line at the edge of your comfort zone, you can push that line back and become capable of so much more. Jenny Tough is an endurance athlete and adventurer best known for running and cycling in some of the world's most challenging events.
In 2021 she completed a global challenge to run, solo and unsupported, across a mountain range on every continent, including three world-first traverses. She was the two-time first woman in the Silk Road Mountain Race and the Atlas Mountain Race – two of the world’s toughest off-road bike races.

You have over 2000 views and only 130 likes?? The world needs to know more ppl like you Jenny. I am not a runner but I can imagine being in your shoes. 5 days of food is a heavy/bulky pack... I must say you travel light but efficiently!! Wish I had grown up more active and mentally stronger. You are awesome!!! Reminds me of our Justin Barbour!!

Nice one Jenny Tough! You've been an inspiration to me ever since your film running solo across Kyrgyzstan. Been on so many adventures of my own since then but still feel like I'm just getting started ✌

Love this presentation @JennyTough! I have a saying when training that it's when a workout ends (you've reached your limit), that is really when the workout begins. Everything else was just a lead up to the point of reaching your limit and it's everything after that that expands your threshold/capabilities.

You're an inspiration! I have enjoyed your videos and am looking forward to seeing what limits you push past in the future.
