Always benefits the rich. Great reporting and researching. I hope Lynne is able to find a solution to this ridiculous fee hike.

What's up with the covetous attitude that anyone who is successful should just give their money away at every turn? Why is it that successful people are viewed with envy and suspicion, that their success somehow makes them all greedy and corrupt? Take a look at California's foolish laws and taxes. See why highly successful businesses pack up and move to other states. Perhaps Utah's successful citizens need to do some of that to Utah. People seem to hate capitalism, but is socialism/communism all that its touted to be? We have to compete for everything in this life, even just breathing. The benefits of capitalism is it gives people the opportunity and those willing to work the incentive to have a vision of life and themselves to get out and work so they can be successful and have a better life. Yet here we are, trying to undermine that by funding every social program and expecting government to provide us with 'freebies' instead of using every opportunity to protect our rights to live unmolested.
