Great summary! Earlier today I was looking for inspiration on what summer beer to brew next. Just started fermentation of a Kölsch. The raspberry wit sounds intriguing :D

Thanks for the video. Yes, your Kölsch recipe is one of my favourite

Another lager style I've been making that's popular in warmer weather is rice lager - grain bill of 66% pilsner malt, 22% rice and 11% corn, hopped with Sorachi Ace. Very light and drinkable, like asahi or budweiser but with more flavour.

Useful, informative and interesting as always with your material, bravo David! And, if I may add, I personally brewed the Bohemian Pilsner, the Kolsch, the Vienna Lager and the Neipa (among those you mentioned ;)) and the results were astonishing!
I wish I could have sent you some samples....
The verdant ipa and the raspberry sour are on top of my to do next list (then come the others of course)
I'll be looking forward to your new videos, thank you so much and CHEERS!

Spot on. I agree with those styles for summer✌🏾😎✌🏾. Fermenting lager under pressure, still needs lagering time either keg or bottle for couple if weeks around 3 to 5 ⁰C, correct?

I can't wait for the low ABV IPA recipe!

You should to a video guide on American Wheat beers. One of my favorite summer time styles!

Write names on little pieces of paper, mix in a hat and pull out 1 by one. This is your brew list for the next 6 months - Simple!! haha :)
From the ones I have made I would be hugely confident the rest will be great also! And, they are on my brew list Cheers, David!

You could have also added golden ale, it's my all time favourite summer beer

Hi David I just got the ingredients for a Kölsch, look forward to make it. I purchased a grain basket for my homemade brewing Bucket instead brewing in a bag, if you remember I made a major mistake, too big a grain bill. I was thinking of using the grain basket for the Kölsch and let it set over knight at 65°C and no circulation. Would that change the beer, and if not can I do that with all beer style ?
