My goals are focused on habit building this year. Rather than resolving to “got to the gym more”, I decided I want to start and maintain a jogging habit. I think movement is a good goal.

maybe i use it or give my fiends

Saying "subscribe please" forces people to subscribe. While they may be a subscriber they might not watch. Youtube tests your videos against your subscribers. If they don't even open up your video, then it won't go viral. If you just let people subscribe freely, then when you release a video YouTube will see your subscribers watching and broaden your video out to a wider audience.

Goals for this year: Lose around 32 pounds in weight (continuing what I have been doing since last April). Replace my current car with one that is a lot more environment friendly (current car is a big - for the UK - diesel SUV) but still fulfils certain niche needs. Work out when (soon? later?) and how to access my next tranche of retirement funds.

I have a question... HOW does one overcome, to actually start writing in a notebook? I know this sounds absurd. I've bought the notebooks and now I'm being crippled by fear of "ruining" the pristine pages... and they're 1 dollar notebooks!!! It's forced and everything needs to be neat and perfect and I can't seem to just separate my thoughts and write what I actually want to, in fear that my handwriting isn't perfect, my sentences grammatically correct, etc ... crazy I know.
