I love your top down approach - this is exactly what I go through with my clients as well: Get clear on what you want, a goal, and then let's talk about what you need to do when based on that, rather than the other way around. Great video - thanks for sharing!

It's hard to know which to pick! I think I particularly will focus on number 5 the money one and also I loved what you said about delegating authority not just tasks - that has given me a lot to think about.

Excellent! I like the 'Top Down' Principle. Add Value. Everything has to fit and flow from the Co Values and Goals is what I'm hearing. This has immediately effected how I hire. I've not been hiring employees that "Fit" the companies values and goals. They inevitably quit because they don't match the goals and values the company holds.
