We've advised our management that we are adults and therefore we won't be doing any team bonding exercises. We are mature enough to get on with our jobs and each other without infantile team bonding malarkey. As for three truths and one lie I was brought up properly and I refuse to lie even if it's only a game. I refuse to discuss anything that opens me up to being vulnerable and/or that is personal...as it's no ones business but mine. I showed this video to my colleagues and they fully agreed with me.

Sharing for me is the best. (If you knew this about me)
It will bring out your creativity especially cause you have to not be too deep nor too shallow. Also it informs the other person about you and will create room for future communication
