I’ve thrown more events than I can count. I will attest this is no prep. Stress free! Thank you!

I have three quotes on my windowsill in my office that I read everyday-"Be brave enough to suck at something new" Brene Brown and "Start where you are with what you have". And, "Curious people change the world. Be curious and not judgmental." Thanks for the activities Chad.

I like that you mentioned how a quote can be a safe path into vulnerability. Thanks for your content!

Chad, your methods, sometimes as simple as they seem, always engage the people I am working with. With a colleague on leave, I have gained new staff temporarily and I am going to use your second suggestion. This will create team-building AND help me to understand the issues that my “new” staff have been dealing with in their roles. You are the best; thanks again.👏🏻😁

Just caught up with this video . . . I'm a bit behind! . . . and, as always Chad, I appreciate your perspective on strategies for building engagement. And I LOVE quotes and use them all the time. Thanks for adding a few more tricks to my bag leveraging the power of words. In the video, you make a series of comments disparaging some other approaches to team building . . . tossing balls, building a bike, aligning yourself with an animal, ice cream flavor, etc. Some of these are classic approaches to helping teams connect and explore their team dynamics. They are classics for a reason . . . if facilitated well, with intention and purpose, they can be powerful in their own way. There are many approaches to creating engagement and connection within teams. Interaction built around quotes can be great for this as can many other tried and true activities.

Why did you title it "No Prep"?.. Thats misleading

Your hand gesturing has always struck me as odd. Typically hand gestures mirror the kind of idea or emotion you're trying to convey in a physical way. But your gestures in my opinion don't really fit.
