In this multi-part series the intention will be to highlight these disorders, tips for improving sleep hygiene, and other potential remedies to improving sleep while living with such sleep disorders. This video is about REM Sleep Behavioral Disorder (RBD), yet another potential non-motor symptom of PD and one of the many sleep disorders that can be experienced by persons with Parkinson's (PWP).

please share with people that RBD leads to Parkinsonian diseases 97% within 14 years of diagnosis 3% is not immune. I think I read that every decade there is a 50% chance of increased risk. also, the parkinsonian diseases you get with RBD are significantly more severe. No treatment and virtually a death sentence. 6 to 8 years. that is where I am. RBD diagnosis 10 years ago. now, I am waiting for an appointment with a Neurologist. waiting to die. I suppose.
