Oh Gawd back to back teriyaki deliciousness! First your butt kickin' salmon and now BB ribs? Yikes! Very cool "ginger in a tube" never heard of it. Where do you get it? Plum wine sure adds a whole dimension I am sure. That is some nice stuff. Of course, there always has to be a shot for the chef! Cold sake is real nice. Wowee those babies looked fantastic at the end Sal! You did this up perfectly!

That was some fine looking baby backs Sal, and really digging the flavors! Tom from Tom's Test Kitchen brought me some different labels of Ballast Point beer to JB's Spring Fling a couple of years ago, and I've been looking and hoping it will make it's way over here eventually, but so far no luck. I really loved the flavor of the Sculpin

Ribs look great. What is the cook time, when you slice them individually like you did? Now, I have to head out and get some Sake. Thx, Jeff

Great looking ribs Sal! You came to the same conclusion that I did with the IPA. The pineapple hit me as an after taste.

Wanted to say this recipe was great, I doubled the sauce for 3 racks of baby backs for memorial day and they came out fantastic! I managed to save 3/4 of a rack and made the best rib sandwich the next day.
