From what I’m aware you can also de register your land, I’m not sure if this then takes a property out of the authority of certain legal jurisdictions .

Also many records have been digitally recorded for many years now and have to wonder if original paper documents haven’t been destroyed .

Personally I think it would be nice for you to do an interview with legal historian Graham Moore . This would benefit people over in the states and Canada too .

Lastly and on a topic totally different subject I find it very hard to believe there are very few ‘ ancient relics’ in either the states or Canada. With a land mass that great it just doesn’t make sense how this can be . Weird 🤔

Hi Stan, I received the certified copies of the land patents from the Peterborough office in Ontario. Do I have to add my name to these documents as being “recorded” ? Or is it just the chain of title? I withdrew municipal payment of taxes in May 2023 and sent them notice that for them to provide a signed contract that we agreed to pay. Still getting bill notices. I’m sure it will eventually trigger an alert in their system to threaten us to pay of they wil lien the property, lol. Thanks to your emails replies and help back then.

By claiming land grants (UK) in what name does one claim the grant in as the government issued the BC NAME therefore would they still own said property? Is a private trust needed to make your own name?
