I want to get a land patent on my physical body. As far as I'm concerned my body is my land. My consciousness is the inhabitant of this land. This land has a physical description and very unique identifiers such as land markings (finger prints) and soil composition (DNA). I am now very interested in being able to PROVE I own myself. If any one is adept at this procedure please share ideas on how I could get this done.

There’s one real question I have for u it is this if a 160 acre homestead patent gets sold off as 40 acre parcels this is not really legal because a patented homestead cannot be divided and sold am I right? And if I Am the only one living there and I perfect the patent meaning I get chain of title copies of patent I write a declaration of acceptance, am I infringing on heir or assign of the patent? These 4 “owners” are not assigns of the homestead patent they are not homesteaders And don’t have dominion at the land; is this legal? Can I pull the trump card by perfecting the patent? At that point are they still owners or do they just hold color of title? Please help me out here. Jah bless

Allodial Land Patent is the highest of them all So u need to Accept the Patent, And file a counter Deed call a quit claim deed and a Copy Right Declaration of Acceptance and warranty Deep and play plan all need to be Authenticated Can then file in Public Record county and put in paper for 3weeks

I'm in the process of securing one for myself. Yesterday I went to the County Clerk's office to have a copy of my deed printed, I then spoke to a man in the Planning Dept. about printing out a subdivision plat map. He told me the land was not divided thus there is no subdivision plat map for my property, but he did give me a tax map. Will I still be able to obtain a LP from BLM with only a deed and a tax map?

I’m attempting to adversely poses abandoned plot that is homestead patented because of the wording like “to have and to hold” abandoning the land gives me rights pursuant to the treaty granted to actual settlers of homesteads to declare the assignment which I would say is terminated can I then use this perfection of patent to counter claim the current “deed” holder and truly perfect the patent?

Well don’t we want the land patent up dated in the case that if the United States defaults on the deficit… Our land won’t be subject to towards paying this deficit?
I tried to word it correctly.. The deed is saying the state owns my land. Is this correct.. I inherited my mother’s house .. no mortgage.. So I don’t want them taking it from me.. thank you for your time and have a wonderful day..
I don’t mind property taxes because I like having a fire department services and police services.. etc. So that’s not my issue.. I’m worried about the crooked politicians…

So long as the government retains the "right" to use (with impunity) eminent domain, it simply makes land patents, deeds and even titles utterly pointless.. Utah is a state that is full of people who take their rights seriously, MANY states don't do this, they will refuse or claim ignorance or straight up call you insane even though common law and even the US code articulates what it is and the process to get it. As long as cable TV and the value menu exists... the American citizenry will stay and remain blind.

Someone please answer my question about mineral rights. There's a land patent on my land from the previous owner. My father purchased the land back in the 70s and has the deed. Anyone who was a NAMED heir to that patent is dead. I imagine there's still descendents alive but they are unaware. Can i get the mineral rights to my land by adding my name to the land patent and will it be stronger in court if one of the UNNAMED heirs finds out?

So how do you locate the patent in one of the original 13? I have tried BLM twice and both times they told me they don't do them for the original 13 States. Thanks
